The agency opened in 2000, two years after Aubremont was founded, in order to reach the owners able to fund the demanding restorations the firm wanted to carry out. It has since become its principal trade. Over twenty-six years we have accompanied the transmission of exceptional homes, family estates and properties of patrimonial vocation.
Our work begins before the valuation. We take the time to read the property: how it sits on its ground, its history, what it will bear and what it will not, the use it genuinely lends itself to. Market value comes afterwards, and it is the more accurate for it.

Digital architecture, website creation and research into new organisational systems.
Web Harmonie was born in 2016 out of an experience of technical direction. From 2011, the founder and his son spent a little under three years designing an international property portal, linking high-end agencies, investors and buyers. The need came from the trade itself: no portal at the time made it possible to reach international buyers, to work together between agencies, or to search for a character property by precise criteria. Entrusted first to a major software development firm, recommended for the scale of the project and used to large corporate clients, then to other contractors, none of whom managed to deliver it, the project came to a halt, but left behind a precise understanding of what a large digital undertaking demands: its architecture, its trade-offs, its international ergonomics. That is what structures the division today. Taken back in hand by the division, the portal is now fully operational, serving property professionals.
The division does more than build websites. It designs bespoke architectures, in which the structure of the data, the journey through it and the words are conceived together rather than added to one another.
Alongside this, Web Harmonie runs an experimental research programme with the Laboratoire Conscientiel, devoted to the digital infrastructures that other forms of collective organisation would require.

Exploration and experimentation of the dynamics of consciousness: rigorous inner observation, without dogma.
Founded in 2022, the Laboratoire Conscientiel is Aubremont’s research space. It is here, under conditions of deep inner observation, that the exploration of the dynamics of consciousness is carried out: states of presence, attention and perception, in a progressive and rigorous approach grounded in lived experience, and without claiming to master its results.
The Laboratory belongs to no current of belief and puts forward no doctrine. It publishes, experiments, transmits, and welcomes those who seek to understand for themselves rather than receive ready-made answers.

Yannick Costechareyre is the founder of Aubremont (1998) and of the Laboratoire Conscientiel (2022), and the author of La Sageocratie, to be published in 2027. His personal site is the space where the philosophy inspiring the entire portal takes its intellectual form.
Forty years of practice, from civil engineering and major building sites to character property projects, and on to writing and research. La Sageocratie is its written synthesis.
