Introduction

Four crafts, one way of working.

Aubremont brings together four activities that nothing required to coexist: the search for and transmission of properties of character, the design of websites and digital infrastructures, research carried out in-house, and the writings of its founder.

What connects them is not a shared market, it is a method. Taking the time to understand a place, a structure or a project before touching it, and accepting that this time cannot be compressed.

Each universe then evolves freely, with its own logic, its own rhythm and its own craft.

Since 1998, Aubremont has supported projects that call for a precise and patient reading of the real.

1. 1982

   The built environment

   Civil engineering, design offices and major construction sites.

2. 1998

   Aubremont is founded

   A conviction matured over the years: a place is never neutral; it sustains or hinders those who live in it. Building and restoring houses attuned to their site and to the balance of those who live in them became the house’s signature.

3. 2000

   Character real estate

   The house opened its agency, devoted to character homes and estates steeped in history: the natural extension of that standard, and soon its principal craft.

4. 2011

   An international property portal

   Conceived alongside Aubremont, then entrusted to a major software development firm, and to others after it, who never managed to bring it to life. Taken back in hand by Web Harmonie, it is now fully operational, serving property professionals.

5. 2016

   Web Harmonie

   The digital practice grows out of that experience.

6. 2022

   Laboratoire Conscientiel

   An internal research space devoted to exploring consciousness from lived experience. Without dogma, and without claiming to master its results. The same question, taken further: what connects people to one another, and to what surrounds them.
